We have been working away.....

Here at Maggie's Hope we are preparing for our last craft fair of the year 2011!  This will be our third fair in as many months!  How crazy is that?

God has moved mountains....not that we doubted Him, but we are continually blown away by His goodness!

We are excited to be working on helping our second family reach the 'ransom' to bring their child home!  We will be posting pics soon....we have some new things that we will be introducing.  Spread the word - come out to Nelson County High School on Saturday, December 3rd.  ALL proceeds go to support a new family as they move forward in the process of adopting.  (Seriously, does it get any better than that!)

Some news!

Well, we are excited and amazed at how much money we were able to help raise funds for the Runner Family again.  The St. Gregory's Art Fair helped us raise a little over $400 to support them!  Let's just say God is so, so good!

Now.....for the best news...Maggie's Hope will be sponsoring ANOTHER family on December 3rd at the NCHS Christmas Craft Fair.  This is a very special family and we are looking forward to helping them proceed on their journey all for God's glory.

Are you excited?  We are.

This is our dream and our vision.  Helping Christian families move forward in providing a home for the fatherless.  Does it get any better?  We don't think so.

More information coming soon!

Spreading the love of adoption and helping with the financial burden - that's what we are all about!

Our first event was HUGE!!!!

We are three gals (+ a few more who got suckered into helping) who know God.  Who know how big He is but are still amazed as we sit back and look at the money that was raised over the weekend to help fund the Runner Family as they adopt a little girl from Ethiopia.  I mean seriously.....enough money to cover one roundtrip flight....seriously some major moula.  :)

Our vision is for this to be a way to continue to help others in our local area that are adopting and help to do what we can to ease the financial burden. Many of us have hearts big enough and love great enough but lack the finanical resources to make it actually happen.

Here are a few pics from last weekend....we worked hard, we laughed ALOT, we were covered in prayer, and we are moving closer to bringing an orphan to her forever family.  God is so good!!!!

Here we go!!!!

I guess it's official now....Maggie's Hope is real.

Are we excited? Oh yeah.
Are we nervous?  Goodness, yes.
Are we eager to watch God work in this?  You betcha!

We are a team of three ladies that are working to help support people as they tackle the financial burden that adoption can place on the ol' wallet.  We will have a booth at the local Bardstown Arts and Crafts Fair.

This year all proceeds will go to The Runner Family....they are adopting a lil' girl from Ethiopia.

We specialize in fabric hairbows and personalized decal cups, platters, mugs, etc.  Pictures will be coming soon but plan on stopping by our booth.....if nothing else I am sure that you will get a laugh or two.  :)
